Wash nicely barnyard millet .
Soak millet (6-8hrs)
Coarsely grind the soaked millet with the same water.
Boil water in a clay pot, then slowly pour the ground mixture into it.
Stir and cook on low flame for 20–25 minutes.
Allow it to cool. Cover with a muslin cloth to ferment overnight.
