- Little – 3 days
- Foxtail – 3 days

Juices
- Tomato
- Ivy Gourd
- Capsicum
Consume the above mentioned juices – one variety per week on empty stomach for nine weeks. Either the kashaya or the juice can be consumed as the first thing in the morning by maintaining a gap of 30 minutes between the two.
- Apply tomato juice over varicose veins. Clean with water after sometime.
- Hamamelis Virginica homeo ointment can be applied as well.
- Do this asana (in below pic) for 15 minutes daily.
